HOW CREATIVE ACTIVITIES MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER?

What’s creativity actually means or what you perceive when “CREATIVE” word strike on your mind? I think Creativity is equivalent to Thinking, both are same but they work differently. Actually, Creative means turning ideas or imagination which you perceive through your mental caliber and turning these ideas into something effective or create something.

Physiologists, says by doing one creative activity on the daily basis whether it be painting, knitting, cooking differents meals or anything which makes you amusing or be it anything which takes away your exhausted mind, instills a pursuit of happiness.

People are always talking about how busy they are or how much hectic schedule they’re facing. Work, family issues, friends, installments, loans etc, it’s all too common for the people nowadays and complains that they don’t have enough time to pursue any creative work like drawing or writing.

But a 2016 study of Psychology found that we do know very well how to make the time. According to the study, engaging in just one creative activity each day can increase your overall comfort, making you more likely to feel “energetic, enthusiastic,  excited.”

At this point, you might or definitely be thinking, ” I’m not a creative person, so I guess you would have been thinking your life going to be ended to an unhappy life.”According to the researchers’ definition, “Creativity includes coming up with novel or original ideas; expressing oneself in an original and useful way; or spending time doing artistic activities (art, music, painting, writing, etc). A report reveals “the most common examples reported were songwriting; creative writing (poetry, short fiction); knitting; and crochet making new recipes; painting, drawing, and sketching; graphic and digital design; and musical performance.”

Eventually, those who engaged in these activities didn’t just feel better at the moment; they were happier on the next day also.
